Sofa is very comfy and would definitely recommend to anyone reasonably priced and helpful for people that have a hard time getting up
These recliners lift chairs are NOT made from "genuine" leather as they say in their Amazon product information and you can tell. I was looking for real leather in a color that matched my sofa. It does match the sofa at least, but they look kinda cheap to me. Oh well.
I bought two of them, one for me & one for my husband. He is very pleased. I am not. The seat and back feel very hard & uncomfortable to me. My back & neck hurt when I sit for very long. I am now looking for gel cushions to see if padding the chair will make it more comfortable.
This is a third party seller on Amazon, so you need to know that. There is the potential for a lot of problems & hassles if you have anything go wrong with your order or need a refund. You have to arbitrate everything with the seller THROUGH Amazon. I will never buy from a third party seller again.
We ordered the chairs. Then we were promised a price adjustment because they lowered the price $30 per chair the same day after we'd already ordered (we have not received the credit yet). 4 days later, Amazon declared that the chairs had been delivered ... But we had not receive any chairs!?? We really thought they were trying to scam us.
We were getting ready to file for a 3rd party refund w/Amazon when 4 days later, during the dead of night, 2 boxes magically appeared outside our door with 2 chair bottoms in them but no chair tops! Another couple of days passed and POOF!, the boxes with the chair tops appeared in the dead of night.
This has been the strangest experience we've ever had with Amazon or in buying furniture online. I hope to never repeat it again. For some reason, I expected better of an Amazon seller: not to lie about their product, to have good customer service and to keep their word. The joke's on me! I also expected Amazon to care about their reputation and to vet their sellers before letting them loose on their customers. I'll know better in the future and I hope you will, too
The chair came faster than expected, it is very nice quality and easy to put together. The company was helpful in answering my questions and responded in a very timely manner.
Work great good for what I needed .soft and sturdy.
