Which size should I choose?
Choose 4CM for the smallest display size. For better modeling accuracy and more visible detail, 6CM, 8CM, or 10CM is recommended. The 10CM size is available for one-person figures only.
What photo should I upload?
Use a clear, front-facing, well-lit image with a white or uncluttered background. Show the full outfit and keep clothing patterns simple. Single-figure orders should use a photo with one person only.
Can I order two people together?
Yes. Select “2 people (Connected)” when the final figures should touch or be physically connected. This style is available in 6CM and 8CM.
Are revisions included?
No. The figure is modeled for the best possible result and does not include revisions. If you request a change, an additional $3 fee applies per revision.
Can I return or exchange my custom figure?
No. Every figure is specially and uniquely made from your submitted photo and selected options. Because a personalized item cannot be returned and resold to another customer, all sales are final and returns or exchanges are not accepted.
Can I cancel after production begins?
No. Once manufacturing begins, the custom order cannot be canceled or refunded. Production also cannot be expedited.
